What's your Story?

Hi, my name is Nashyra lee. I come from the echanted island of Puerto Rico. I will 15 in about 10 months from now. But I have a big problem. My mom is a single mother of 4 kids including me and she's currently going to college and recently started working. She had money saved up for my 15 but unexpected expenses popped out of no where and other stuff too that basically almost all the money is gone. She wanted to do it so bad and I also wanted it but you know what, as bad as it my sound I rather not have one then puttting her thru all that, then having one that's going to be all crappy.

This may sound a little selfish but people can be so mean and critisize and hurt her without knowing the sacrifices that sometimes parents have to go thru just to give us what we want. So you know if you can you can if you can't oh well. I guess some of us ain't that lucky.

I just wanted to know you guys opinion on this and what would you do if you where in my situation. Maybe give some advices and tips. Also, what's the minimum budget that you need to have a decent, simple, and nice 15. I don't ask for something explendit or extraordinary but something nice and simple.
